Big Announcement!

It’s finished!  Throw the confetti!

As a writer, there is something so exhilarating about completing a book. Last Monday, as I wrote the last sentence, a huge smile spread across my face. At first, my little e-book started out as something fun to do on the side but somewhere around the tenth chapter it took center stage during my writing sessions. Katherine and Ryan’s story of love, faith and healing took on a life of its own.

So while writing the last sentence, I realized that the end of this novella is only the beginning. There’s so much more I’d like to share about these characters...possibly even sequels  :) . Which reminds me…I have exciting news to share with you in just a minute.

However, first I would like to thank all of you who have supported me during this journey. It was an interesting experience writing a novella on a blog. It had its ups and downs, especially during bouts of writer’s block, but knowing that I had a little audience waiting for me to post another chapter kept me motivated. Thank you for participating, reading, commenting and sharing. It has been a huge blessing to me throughout this process.

Now, for my big announcement…drum roll please….
Soon my novella will be available in print and e-book form! Yes, that’s right. After a lot of praying I’ve decided to self publish it!

However, there’s still so much to do. Right now I’m in the middle of revisions, edits and working with someone on a book cover. I'm even adding in a few extra scenes that haven't been read before. If you still would like to read the old version of the book, it will be available until next Wednesday. Then I will only leave the first two chapters up for a book teaser.

So far there have been so many things that God has worked out to make all of this possible. I’m so thankful and excited to see what He has in store during the next few months.

I will have more updates soon, In the meantime, thank you again for all your support and prayers. God bless.

    1. Thank you, Amy! Yes, I will be using CreateSpace and both kindle and paperback will be available. I'm hoping to have it launched around my birthday in October but I'll have to see how quickly things come together. I'm really excited! Thank you for your encouraging words and support.
