About the Book

It is 626AD, and the ancient Kingdom of Meigen is left vulnerable to neighboring Saxons. To unite the kingdoms and bring peace, Princess Alena must enter into a royal marital alliance. But when the handsome physician, Sherwin, befalls her, matters become complicated.
Torn between obligations to her young son and country, she faces a difficult decision. Will Alena obey the king’s orders, or choose to follow her heart?

My Review

The Lost Princess of Meigen hooked me on the very first page! After reading the first book in this series, I couldn't wait to dive into the second. It did not disappoint. I loved getting reacquainted with the characters from the first book and when Sherwin re-appeared, I couldn't stop smiling. Princess Alena is a wonderful character as well. She is a widow looking for a safe haven to raise her son, but finds herself having to choose between safety and true love. Her transformation during the story is inspiring. I stayed up until the early morning hours reading this epic tale that is filled with faith, romance, action and suspense. This story receives a clear five stars from me and I can't wait to read more by this author. Both books in this series, The Forgotten Princess of Elementia and The Lost Princess of Meigen can be found on Amazon. I hope you will love them as much as I do!
